I can't open tModLoader

When I downloaded tmodloader on Steam and tried to launch it, an error occurred and I couldn't open it.
I don't think the file location is the problem.
I haven't installed any mods yet.
Terraria came with a Japanese translation mod.
I can't seem to solve this, so please someone help.

The yen sign (￥) and backslash (＼) both use the same code, "U+005c," so they are displayed differently depending on the font type.

If you are using a Japanese font, it will be output as a yen sign (￥), and if you are using a Western font, it will be output as a backslash (＼).
