Can't open Tmodloader
I've verify and reinstalled it but it still wont open and I dont have any mods downloaded, also regular terraria works fine when I open it

That file should be in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\tModLoader\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App\8.0.0. I suggest deleting the dotnet folder: https://github.com/tModLoader/tModLoader/wiki/Basic-tModLoader-Usage-FAQ#delete-dotnet-folder
If that doesn't work check your antivirus quarantine
