Cannot launch due to missing DLLs, yet they are externally added
Hey!
As the title says; I've added ICU dlls into
WINEPREFIX/windows/syswow64/. and WINEPREFIX/windows/system32/..
Yet the game fails to launch:

the error is not saying that the dll is not there, it's saying that it failed to load the dll because of an issue with what that dll needs
wine-ge is too old already, try using proton ge instead and share a new log if it still fails

I've changed to Proton GE-Latest
Added
steam_appid.txt to the game folder and now i'm at this state..
