Offline Message
Hello I keep trying to open my Amazon games and it'll load and then not launch. I also have this message at the top. I have already restarted, updated and am logged into all three accounts. I do have internet access as well.

Enable verbose logs and post game log

something is preventing heroic's backend to connect to the endpoints we ping to check connectivity
if login and download works fine that message can be ignored (we ping a few known urls but it can be a false error)
so share a game log as requested and probably the offline line there can be just ignored
