High ping issues in Mumbai server.
I have been getting higher pings in Mumbai server since a month. Earlier it used to be around 28-32 but nowadays it's always around 56-64 and sometimes crossing 70s as well. I contacted my ISP about this issue and they asked me to find out the IP of my game server. So, how do i find out the ip of Mumbai server?
They also asked me to:
1) Run these commands: Nslookup (URL), Ping (URL), Tracert (URL) on Command prompt for the problematic url/IP and share the screenshot of the results. I am guessing i need the IP to do these?
2) Provide them with PCAP trace while playing the game.
