Is this possible to have a normal pogo and pgsharp on Xiaomi ? Because I try every tutorial and its not work for me

Yes you can. Im currently using pogo and pgsharp on my samsung. You need to dl an apk pogo app not the official one from googleplay
search for pokemon go samsung apk on google.
