Reinstalled Heroic, Cannot Install/Access Installed Games

For initial context, I uninstalled Heroic to update to most current when the Fortnite issues first started appearing surround Fortnite's recent update.

After doing so, and then attempting to uninstall and re-install Fortnite, I now appear to be having an issue where I cannot install any game period within Heroic, and that it's having difficulty reading files in another folder to grant it access to my accounts, if I'm understanding it correctly?

Attached Log is after a fresh session where I connect my account, attempt to pull up a game's information in my library, and then sign out of said account. Screenshot 1 is the error message that occurs when opening a game's page, Screenshot 2 is the error message that appears when signing out of the account in Heroic. I had to manually create the log file by copy + pasting the log's text into Notepad++, as the Show Log File In Folder button was not functioning, making me suspicious of potential WIndows Defender interference?
