Cannot install or download games
hi, i cannot download or install any game at heoric at all, its just stuck here, i reinstalled the app, changed locations many times, nothing works

hey, before i decide to give u the info u need for that, i thought u meant to log off and log in back to the store front im in, now i can't log in back and its giving errors of '' incorrect response, please refresh the page '', do you know the fix for this so we can procceed to the main issue ? god im tired of epic

hey i managed to log in, i reseted heroic from advanced and add it through firewall, idk if that was the fix
but anyway, do i give u the log after putting a game through '' download ''

Connection issues. Nothing Heroic can do about that; make sure you're on a stable connection, perhaps try a mobile (tethered) connection or VPN. Some users have also reported that disabling IPv6 worked for them, although I don't see how that's relevant
