Stuck at 99 processing files

Using heroic launcher on Zorin 17 Core and WWZ installation stopped at 99 percent after saying processing files.

been stuck since 5 hours

when i paused it and installed it again it said only 663 mb files are left and since it has installed 5 GB files .

any suggestions or is it a bug
