Genshin Impact
hola, he intentado abrir genshin impact en mi laptop con linux mint y el problema es que al abrirlo todo funciona hasta que ejecuto el juego como tal y se queda paralizado en una de las pantallas iniciales del juego y no avanza, el error es uevo ya lo habia abierto un dia antes y funcionaba bien y he intentado descargarlo nuevamente y no se soluciona

Proton - Proton-GE-latest?Wine-GE is rather old now (last release is almost a year ago) and thus might not work correctly. Please follow these instructions on using GE-Proton:
1. Head to the Wine Manager in Heroic, click the "Proton-GE" tab, and install "Proton-GE-Latest"
2. Head to the settings for your game(s) (icon on game card in library). In the "Wine Version" dropdown, select "Proton - Proton-GE-latest"
3. Rename your Wineprefix (path is shown in game settings), e.g. from
current-name to current-name_bak. To clarify: Rename the actual folder on your hard drive, do not change the option in the game settings.

Debes de tener desactivvado los logs, ¿no?

Las capturas era para ayudarte a saber como activar el log, imprescindible para que alguien te pueda ayudar a saber si funciona el juego.

de casualidad tienes alguna ide de lo que pueda ser?
Ya no necesito ayuda, ya lo pude solucionar, gracias de todas formas por intentarlo,el problema eran unas opciones llamadas dvk o divk que no me dejaban correrlo, peor las desactive y funcionó
