should be a building in here, but it disappear, but sometimes the building is blinking and showing

That game has two renderers iirc
One is DX11 default, other is Vulkan
Should be selectable in graphics settings
Does it work with Vulkan one?

Anyways, closing as this cannot be an Heroic issue, it is an Intel driver issue
