my account got locked even tho I did nothing and it's supposedly locked for having third-party apps running in the bg

Third party apps can be anything from Aimbot and Wall hacks to skin changers to a random app or virus.

I had nothing running
literally nothing
I went to buy a used computer
so I put my acc in
How do you know it didn't have something running in the background. Did you run it in safemode or something
Either way, if support rejected you I doubt you can do much.
I'm pretty sure since he formated the pc before I came
check the startup apps or go to a computer repair shop and check or efi malwares
or get a new motherboard 🙂 and a new account
If support says the account will remain locked then nothing else can be done.
