Neruina kicks players on joining - No idea why

So for whatever reason, sometimes on joining my server, people get a Neurina ticking exception crash and get forceably logged off. This is in conjunction with longer loading times. Its even worse than the last modpack we had, and we have less mods!
I am so lost as to what could be causing this. Will post logs in a moment
