I purchased the supporter package but when I load into the serve I get a message that the purchase failed to apply. This has been going on for 3 days now.

The same problem with the supporter package occurred again, this is the second time during the package being active, meaning a total 4 days lost in time, are we being compensated for this or is this a complete loss?

we're looking into it, though it points to a recent change with Cfx.re as nothing has changed on our end
Hey, Iโve got the same problem. I bought the Ultimate Support like 30 minutes ago. any chance I can get a refund? I really donโt want to lose my money over this, i have the 'Supporters' role here on Discord, but not in the server

Any Updates yet? Having the Same Problem rn. Kinda annoying itโs obviously a known issue and youโre still able to spend money on a thing which wonโt work.
Do you have any error messages to show us? We can't investigate if we don't have the information to do so

what comes up before that shows?

Here you are - if that's what you meant. You see the error message at 0:21. Yonji just replied that I've to wait until the server is restarted. If it works then, I'd be happy with it - but an announcement on rsg.gg store before we Supporters pay ~$25 for a 30 day Membership, from which a few days are lost of waiting for some server restart, would be appropriate imho.
Thatโs weird, can you try the NA server instead?
Exactly same behavior on both servers.
Looks like the message is being skipped due to the handshaking message, itโs still being sent to your client but for some reason it never shows until the message after - probably a FiveM bug
But either way, youโre hitting the RES_PERM_ERROR bug and we have no clue why it happens only for some people
Iโll bring it up with Cfx to see if either something isnโt working correctly or if itโs something on our side
So it wonโt be solved through a server restart, like yonji replied?
I had the Ultimate package bought a month ago, it ended on 25th and worked fine. So i purchased it again yesterday, like one day later, got the confirmation Mail from PayPal, RSM and Tebex but still have no access to Ultimate features during the Game with this msg above shown.
It will be, this is why itโs so difficult to find the cause
The question currently is, why does it only happen to very little amount of people and why does it go away after a server restart
Until we can find an answer to those questions, we canโt fix it
We are looking into it though
