High CPU usage after swapping to Radeon
I have swapped my 3080TI for 9070 xt and since then ive noticed that my CPU cooler started running loudly when i do tasks that to me seem like should be more GPU heavy, for example watching on jellyfin or just having a web browser with roll20 open.
i dont think those tasks were as demanding on the CPU before the change, so i assume something has changed since then.

bazzite-nvidia still after the change, since as i understand the amd drivers are built in anyways.
