Window Size Problems

Not really sure how to describe the error, but when I load the game the window is incorrectly scaled and I have to go to settings --> video --> resolution --> go windowed; then go fullscreen again to fix the scaling. It isn't really that big of a deal, but very annoying to have to go through every time I want to play. the first image shows what happens if I try to just hit the fullscreen button (I'm on mac), but if I set it to fullscreen through the method above, it does the second image and I have to do the described method, again. Those are both fullscreen screenshots, everything seen is there. This happens with and without mods.

Welcome to #support-forum. Before someone helps you, please first consult the information in #TML Troubleshooting Guide and try all the suggestions that might fit your particular issue, especially in the linked FAQ page. If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on tModLoader in the library, then hover over Manage and click on Browse local files. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-Logs and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the Old folder and drag them into this chat. What about pressing Alt + Enter?

That does work; It appears that the problem is somewhat related to the game not receiving the command for fullscreen when I click the fullscreen button on the window. I am on mac though, so it was Option + Enter. Is there a way to link the fullscreen button to fullscreen then? It works with regular terraria
