Grand Theft Auto V is not launching

I have an issue to launch GTA V Enhanced Edition. Rockstar Launcher is runnig but the game doesn't start. Logs are here: https://oxo.st/81kj.log

the log URL is incorrect as well. copy/paste it instead as you got the domain wrong and also the file name isn't right after fixing the domain
