Can you fix the reyna heal

I dont have the proof but other people complained about it in general and I get reynas in game complaining about it. Overheal doesnt work. When I take dmge and get under 100 hp, I overheal to 100 hp plus shield. However the game ignores the 50 hp shield and I die in 100 dmge. Plus, when im taking dmge the shield overheal is unaffected and doesnt move, it takes hp from my actual health.
