When I try to update one of the rows on my table, it fails because I "should add a primary key". But
This has been happening for the past 5ish hours now.

Hi, thanks. This is a problem with the tables UI, but if you need to update/delete rows you can still do it using SQL directly. We're working to get it fixed, sorry for the inconveince
