Sound delaying on Fallout New Vegas MacBook Air M2 8/256
I downloaded Wineskin 23.7.1 and game is running smooth but sound most of the time is lagging for example I shoot I see it on my screen but I hear it after 2-3 seconds? Any suggestions how to fix this?

Found something on Reddit that says install the command lavfilters on winetricks
I’m launching now to see if everything is correct but I don’t mind playing music from my phone

I found it in the game files , deleted it let’s see if it works
If not I gotta wait 15 mins…
