Hello I have problem in exchange my 50k popularity and it’s disappear 🫠 from there what should I do? They give me refund gift ? Or what no one change #help

Can you please elaborate your issue or provide any screenshots?
The problem is that I bought 50k popularity from the new event where it appeared, and I think I need to try exchanging it through the exchange where gifts are exchanged, and after 30 minutes I don't get anything and my gifts don't show up anymore.
