I just want to pay what I owe

Hey so recently I got banned because my credit card thought I was making fraudulent charges when of course I wasn’t. The game flagged it and it got me banned. Now I owe an un-named amount of UC to PUBG Mobile but I can’t even find out how much I owe. I need a dev’s help desperately please
