I am a PUBG Mobile player on PC using the GameLoop emulator. My account was permanently banned unfairly, and I have received no proper review despite my repeated attempts.
I am 100% innocent. I have sent all evidence more than 25 times via email (walidamammiamammi@gmail.com), including screenshots and detailed explanations, and even shared my case publicly on Twitter. I have been persistent in trying to contact you for almost a year, and even if I had unknowingly violated any rules, I would have accepted it because I understand that your policies are strict, but at the same time, I cannot accept such injustice.
I have invested a lot of my time and money in building this account, and I am a long-time dedicated player. I have spent countless hours progressing and maintaining my account, and this makes the ban extremely unfair and hurtful. Despite all my efforts, I only received automated replies, and after my last follow-up, they completely stopped responding.
This is an extreme injustice. I kindly ask your urgent help to escalate my case to the right team and review it seriously. I am ready to provide any additional information needed to prove my innocence.
