Data Recovery for my riot account but I don't know anything.

I am not the smartest person. Hello anyone that decides to help me. I am planning to do a new install of windows because of an audio problem with my laptop. I remembered that I don't know any of my riot ID account information, I don't want to loose the account as I already have bought VP and skins. I think I know the email but my dumbass also used it on my other account i made in 2022 ( I dont use that one anymore) so know I don't really know what to do. I made this account december last year and i have the email showing it. I have proof that its my account. I know this isnt a support channel but to be able to submit an official ticket i have to be logged in into riot games on my browser, the problem is i don't know my username or password. Since I can't use riot support i thought i could try discord and ask for help. Any help is much appreciated Once again I apologize for using this channel wrongly, but I don't see any other choice.
