When i install a game (gta V) I go to start and it trys to make me install again help? ping me btw

You are not running GTA V on a Chromebook
Not sure why this install issue is happening, would need logs to say for sure
Please see the following images on how to send a Heroic / Legendary / GOGDL / Nile log file:
(need "Heroic" & "Epic/Legendary" logs from there)

You won't be able to run GTA V on your device, no. You're probably below the minimum system requirements in just about every metric
