Issues Flashing EBB42 v1.2 via DFU

In the initial setup I got all my boards flashed just fine. After the full printer was assembled the main board needed new firmware flashed fine. But now I cannot get the EBB42 v1.2 to flash using DFU as automatic is disabled. Every time I hit the buttons in the corresponding order it doesn’t seem to do anything.
