Unfair ban
Yesterday I gave my account to my friend with a QR code and he took someone else with him without my knowledge and permission and that person was using cheats. Yesterday at 7 o'clock the account was banned for 1 day. It was going to be opened in the morning but when I entered in the morning it was banned for 10 years. How can I open it? Because the account was not played with cheats. I was banned unfairly.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
