Hello, PUBG Mobile support team!
I was banned from voice chat for 7 days without any violations. I did not use insults, profanity or prohibited statements.
The situation was as follows:
One of the players said that if the microphone was blocked, then you need to write to support, and they will help. In response, I calmly said: "There is no point in writing to support, because the answer comes when the punishment has already expired."
After these words, I immediately received a voice chat block. In my words, there was no condemnation of the game, no swearing, no violation of the rules. I only explained to the person that support does not always respond promptly, and in this case, writing there may not be so effective.
I ask you to reconsider my punishment, since it was issued in error. I respect the rules of the game and try to follow them, but in this case, the block was applied unfairly.
