The Cycle 8 Hoverboard can be unlocked by obtaining an Ace Badge in Cycle 8 Seasons 22, 23, and 24. However, if you miss reaching the Ace tier in any of these seasons, you will unfortunately not be able to claim the corresponding Cycle reward.
