My drivers are out of date?

When I load into a game it shows me that my graphics driver are out of date. I ignore it and when in a game it loads like normal. Play like normal, then out of no where the game lags and it crashes the whole system.

I also wanna update but it won’t let me it says unable to update.

Please help
