Unjustly suspending account
My account has been suspended unjustly in 2021 .i ve always respected and followed pubgmobile’s rules.

- I never used a cracked version or third-party app
- I downloaded pubgmobile app from appstore
- Suspending my Account unjustly leaded me to quite my favourite game sadly.
- I believe that it’s pubgmobile’s mistake.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
