Glass is (rarely) not rendered correctly when using complete transparency or faked transparency

First image is what the building (large glass face) should look like when up close. The next two images are the building from afar, incorrect glass faces are being rendered, causing the building to look very odd. This is on the most recent version (2.3.0-b-1.21.4) of 1.21.4 distant horizons, using fabric.

Try increasing vertical quality or the whole quality preset

It is at the highest quality (pixel art) in these images. Turning it down sadly does not fix the issue either. so... uh Has this issue been addressed in any way? It still is happening

There are alot of windows in this photo that should be rendering with colored glass, but just straight up aren't
