Iris seems to make my GPU crash when I use a boat?

this is a weird one, and a very repeatable one.
I play on MC 1.21.4 (fabric 0.16.10 iirc), found the issue on a server with a whole modpack, but when going in solo with just sodium, iris and my shaders (complementary unbound + euphoria patches, max settings) and whenever I ride a boat in a large body of water (not a river, a river doesn't crash, but an ocean does, and it is specifically when boats are involved, i can swim fine), my game crashes HARD, like full black screens, audio goes BRRRRT and the GPU just gives up rendering minecraft.

Thing is, and it might be a deeper problem, minecraft runs horribly on my PC (specs below), I'm talking 130 fps max with 1% lows at 20 in vanilla, 600fps if i litteraly do nothing but no more than 200 if I do anything but 40fps 1% lows with just sodium, and obviously it drops when I add the shaders the mods and distan horizons.

PC Specs :
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 8700F
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
RAM: 32GB of 6000MHz DDR6
STORAGE: 2x4GB NVMe M.2 PCIe 4.0
all of it with ample cooling.

Here's the latest crash log, they don't change much

You can see on the graphs that the GPU clock speed and usage increase while the power draw drops, and so does CPU usage. Then it just gives up rendering the game and it officially crashes (javaw.exe is not responding)

After a pretty long discussion on a reddit post, someone told me to try my luck over here, hopefully I'll be able to use boats someday
