What happens if I exceed my plan purchased on AWS?

As title. Does access get cut off? Can I do pay-as-you-go like with regular plans?

I asked last week about using AWS Credits to pay Neon, any idea how to? I did follow the Docs but it doesn’t seem to work, it stills charges our credit card.

Hi @Jimmy Adaro I'll check on this. I would expect plans changed thorugh AWS to bill for extra usage as any other plan. Also, as a paid user, you can open a support ticket here for any assistance that you need: https://console.neon.tech/app/projects?modal=support

Hi Daniel. I did, and set it as low priority, I guess that’s why I haven’t got a response yet lol No problemo, I can wait.

I do not believe we support credits on AWS.

Hi @azn4lifee Plans on AWS are the same as plans on Neon with respect to extra usage. You'll be billed for overages over your plan allowances. Only the Free plan will limit access once after reaching your usage limits.
