Images on Immich Suddenly not loading

Images or videos I made with the same phone, are not loading in the app Suddenly. They are loading on Immich Web, so they are uploading correctly.

@Mraedis the most recent ones, already checked that. i have this problem since weeks already so on different versions too.. Is there something to delete cache or something in the app? maybe a clean start would do the trick. it's only in the app, web browser is working perfect.

I'm explicitely asking which version because you might be behind one somewhere, even if you tried to update 🙂 But if it really doesn't work, logging out/in could fix this

This might be an issue with cache on some devices. Try to go to Immich Settings -> advanced, turn on "Prefer remote images", then restart the app and see if the issue is gone

Logout and log back in will also solve this issue
