Immich not displaying some images

Hello all, i setup Immich on my Truenas Scale last month. It's great first few weeks. But today i noticed some images (not all, especially recent ones are fine, even when local files are deleted) not loading on the android app as well as directly using a web browser. I've tried rerunning the thumbnail job for all images, delete storage of app, but problem persist.

The log is below:

I opened my truenas scale and check the immich app log, it's a bunch of these errors:

it looks like immich fails to find those files, but if i browse the location manually (by creating a Windows SMB share to my immich folder), i can see those files.

i'm on the immich truenas scale latest release:
