Does anyone know a consistently updated trade plugin
like one that stays updated so that people can't dupe as often?

actually, is it the plugin that matters or just what software?
You mean the server software?
Paper/puffer etc?
yeah
Technically both, but the software dupes are not usually a problem if you keep up with the latest version
The plugin ones are also technically easier to trigger if the plugin is not properly built with preventing dupes in mind
