Does anyone know any plugins that add item rarity with chances?
I need a plugin where if I kill a player it has a chance to drop a different items at different rarities, does anyone know if there is such plugins?

what I need:
for signs: I need to be able to add money to peoples balance and teleport someone to spawn and broadcast that they escaped the prison.
sign rankup: I need a plugin that adds a way to set people groups with a cost of their balance and requires certain groups or permissions to use the sign.
for customjoin: I need a item I can join with that can open a custom command which will be a pet menu.

How can I make CMI (Paid version essentials alternative) make it so that the player spawns at spawn everytime?
and how can I make it so that velocity always sends the player to the hub/lobby in velocity when they join back?
