My account has been hacked

Dear PUBG MOBILE Support,

My account linked to my Gmail and Facebook has been hacked and is currently being used by someone else. My Player ID is 532805065. I have been playing since 2020 and never shared my account. I have proof (screenshots) of my past matches and can provide more evidence if needed. Please investigate and help me recover my account as soon as possible.

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
