Tunnel name field not visible when trying to create a tunnel

The field is not visible for Chrome browser (desktop).

Path -

Zero Trust > Networks > Tunnels >  Add a tunnel > Select Cloudflared > Create a tunnel (Name your tunnel)

hmm, i dont see this, can you clear your cache/switch browser and try again?

I tried clearing cache, that didn't help. Not sure about other browsers. I did all my setup on phone

I would try another browser if you can, sometimes certain browsers/situations get messy
