How to find crash reports and logs
Consider uploading your log or crash report to https://mclo.gs/ then sending the link to it in Discord. This makes it much easier to read the logs and it even automatically hides critical information like your IP address!
If your issue involves a game crash, please locate the crash-reports folder in your .minecraft directory and upload the relevant crash report.
If your issue does NOT involve a crash, or there is otherwise no available crash report, please locate the logs folder in your .minecraft directory and upload the file named latest.log

Ah, you have Distant Horizons and you're using a shader pack that doesn't have Distant Horizons support.
At least that's what it says for Lux shaders. Let me check for more.

I see you have Not Enough Crashes installed. That mod is known to have issues when used together with Iris and/or Sodium. Try removing it, see if it works.

Push comes to shove, you may need to do Thanos Method™️ and start isolating mods, see if any of them causes the issue.

Unless you also packed in all the mods inside of it, mrpack can just store the links to download the mods.

Holy shit, that is impressive. VersionChanger is the very cause to why that error pops up.
All I did was removing that specific mod, then everything magically works.
8 iterations of Thanos Method™️ is all it takes to get to this singular problematic mod.
