Difficulty installing Chitubox

hello, i do not know if this is something specific to bazzite but i figured i should come here and ask for advice first. i recently installed bazzite and am completely new to linux.
i went to the chitubox website selected linux hit download and i got a file that i do not know what to do with, i have tried installing via the terminal and other than getting a marginally better understanding of a linux i do not believe it has installed.

I tried to install that file. You need to make it executable and run it on the terminal going to where you placed it and using "./nameoftheexecutable"

or you can make it executable like in that screenshot and rename it to a .bin for example, and you can just double click it

also don't install it here, install it in your home directory, so something like /home/yourusername/chitubox
