Email that Domain (Not on Cloudflare) is Expiring Soon (It's Not)

I have a squarespace domain that I am using with Cloudflare. It should be good until October.
I got an email claiming
"(domain) is expiring soon

Consider transferring to Cloudflare Registrar to pay less for your domains"

And it says "Days until expriation" (nothing -- no value here.)

What is going on?
