can you reproduce it with just DH?
this error is I believe the exact same as the "crash on block breaking" because we have very similar circumstance and mods pack
for me Only on server, dosent do it on sigle player
after testing, it must be caused by a other mod because with only Dh and a blank server, it dose not do the crash
you could try doing a /binary search
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
We fond a 3 mod crash senario:
Win only Boime Oplenty and Oh the biom we gone, it dose the crash
Only those mod do the crash, it is for shur a Mod compatibility problem mixed with server

and as expected, the crash seem to be for the exacte same reason

also it is important to note that this only append when you re conected to server
in adition, it dosent doit with everyone for me it is ok, but my fiend got the issu
