Hello, I have my main account I play with, The last time I had access to was In 2023, and now I tried into log using it by account verification as this is the way I log in since I made the account, but the thing is I didn’t receive any code on email this time, as that was strange as i log into always using code and I get it, but now I didn't, then I check the PUBG Mobile related emails, and found in 2024 there was an attempt to unlink my account from my social media one, as i linked it several years ago, and that made me suspicious, how could i didnt even play PUBG since 2023 and in 2024 i get this email saying that, and obviously i didnt recognize it till 2025 as i didnt check mails that time, so anyway i tried to make a account recovery from in game and after 10 days received an email saying this

I already explained everything happened as i mentioned in the first paragraph, but that was the response in got, i lose my account and because there was an unusual state that’s my problem? So i dont know what to do next but if this is the end, so PUBG Mobile is making my life miserable, i had this account since season 2 2017-2018, and i have spend money on it, played every time using it, so it’s so easy to lose it? i dont even know how this happened, moreover, if this is how it is going to end.
I just have one last hope and opportunity to do something before i do my final decision, so i hope i would get any helpful advice, thank you.
