My account get hacked and I get it back with Riot Support but now it locked? Why?

they usually lock accounts when they expect a security breach or shared accounts.
if you can prove the ownership of the account, they will unlock it.

Yo did you get your account back? I faced the same thing they won't reply to tickets also. Also have locked mine and said if you think it's a mistake let us know in tickets and we'll revoke it
