My PUBGM account UID 5613239514 is frozen and File claim doesn't work it says "Server error. Please try again later."

Solution
The root issue has been identified and fixed, and any affected accounts have been unbanned. If your account is still suspended, you can submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
