Account frozen
My account (UID: 51012680182) was frozen for inspection, but I have never used hacks or third-party tools. I need my account back as soon as possible because Ranked Arena will be gone soon, and I don’t want to miss it. Please review my account quickly so I can continue playing fairly. I been playing this game for years on end and this has never happened to me. It’s the worst timing because I’m top 800 in ranked arena and by the time my account is unfrozen it will be pretty much over.
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
