?Overextrusion? on small surface areas?

Probably someone has a good idea for me.

Seeing this ?overextrusion? on this small filled surfaces.
While wide and flat surfaces are quite good.
Flow and PA are calibrated and checked.

Only happens on this small areas which get filled (see slicer screenshot)

Where should I have a look?
