Sid Meier's Pirates! (2005) incomplete download
I am currently having a problem downloading the game. Some files seem to be missing after the download. For example, the .exe file to run the game is also missing.
The log looks like this for me:

When I download it with Lutris, everything works.
Maybe someone has an idea what I can do?

@fizzgig Is that Heroic log?
I dont remember quite but is there a log for Gogdl in heroics settings-log part?
That would be the interesting thing
And @Linguin would know about gog side, gog stuff is done by him

did the setup steps complete?
really old games like this tend to require install steps to complete first
they should be ran when you first attempt to run the game
